Casting News: Falling for Eve

The Show Logo for FALLING FOR EVE

The cast for The York Theatre Company’s production of Falling for Eve, the new musical by Joe DiPietro (book), Brett Simmons (music) and David Howard (lyrics), has been announced. The ‘enchanting second look at the world’s first love story’ – the tale of Adam and Eve – will be performed by Krystal Joy Brown, Celina Carvajal, Nehal Joshi, Adam Kantor, Jose Llana and Sasha Sloan. The production, which was announced some time ago, will be directed by Larry Raben and will run from 6th July – 8th August. Tickets are available at the York Theatre Company website.

The Sun Sets on A Little Night Music

The Broadway revival of Stephen Sondheim and Hugh Wheeler’s A Little Night Music will close on 20 June 2010, when Catherine Zeta-Jones and Angela Lansbury would have left the show. The show opened at the Walter Kerr Theatre on 13th December 2009 and will have played 217 performances there since opening night. Now if only someone would snap up la Lansbury for a new film version of the show…
